Our Service Level Agreements

Comment understands how important great service is and has a clear set of service agreements so you know exactly what to expect from it.

Comment will send an email within 15 minutes to confirm receipt of an issue -- whether it has been raised via email or phone.

A response will be given within four hours to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

If Comment is unable to resolve an issue or problem within four hours we will notify you as to why, and what we will do next. We shall keep you fully informed until a solution is found.
